Managing your subscription
Subscription management is self-service for church admins. You handle billing in the control panel — we keep the process straightforward so you can stay focused on ministry.
Open the subscription page
Section titled “Open the subscription page”- Log in at control.breezetranslate.com.
- Open Subscription in the sidebar, or go directly to control.breezetranslate.com/subscription.
From here you can review your current plan and open the Stripe customer portal.
What you can do in the portal
Section titled “What you can do in the portal”Through the Stripe portal linked from your control panel you can:
- Change plans — upgrade or downgrade when your church’s rhythm changes
- Update payment details — change card or billing contact
- Download invoices and receipts — for your church accounts or treasurer
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period.
