Listener app overview

The listener app is a mobile-friendly web experience — no app store install required. Listeners open your church’s Breeze link or scan a QR code, choose a language, and read captions or hear audio output.

Listener languages on every plan

Each person selects their own language on first visit. They can choose any language from our full supported list — on every plan. There is nothing for church admins to enable in advance.

Most similar systems make you pre-select languages before a service. We built Breeze for church life, where you never know who will walk in. Ministry comes first.

Getting listeners connected

1. Start streaming from the control panel.
2. Share the listener URL or QR code shown in the control panel (on screen, bulletin, or projection).
3. Each person selects their language; they can change it anytime during the service.

Device requirements

Any modern phone, tablet, or laptop with Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Mobile data or Wi‑Fi both work; Breeze uses modest bandwidth (see Network and Wi‑Fi).

Tips for churches

• Announce how to join before the stream starts.
• For older devices, ask people to refresh once if captions stall.
