Breeze Translate is designed to be as simple as possible for churches of all sizes and with all levels of technical expertise. This guide should get you set up in minutes!

Visit the Translation App Via The QR Code

Signing Up For Breeze Translate

Create Your Account

Enter your church name
Choose your church subdomain
- You will log in at https://[your church subdomain].breeze-translate.com/login
- Choose something specific to your church — your church’s website url is a good choice
Enter your email and password (min 6 characters)
- It’s good to use a church email address here as it will also be used for your billing
- You’ll need to verify this email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you

After creating your account, you'll need to verify your email, and then use the link in your Welcome Email to login!

The Control Panel

Start Streaming

Streams last up to 2 hours before they must be restarted
A sound meter will appear when streaming is started

Transcription Mode

Rapid sends words for translation immediately
Phrase waits for a pause indicated by a comma or other soft punctuation leading to better translations
Sentence waits for the whole sentence to be completed before translating. This gives longest waiting times, but best translations

Subscribers

This will show how many people are receiving translations, and in what languages

Good quality audio is key to a good transcription which underpins a good translation.

Here are 3 methods churches have successfully used to run Breeze Translate:

Sound Desk To Computer

This is the best option for many churches. Attach a computer to the sound desk's output.

Lapel Mic & Phone

Using a lapel mic directly into a phone can work well. Ensure the lapel mic is close and that the phone doesn't close Breeze when it sleeps

Device on Lectern

Using a device on the lectern can be effective if most delivery is from the lectern.
