This Privacy Policy explains how Breeze Translate ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our real-time translation service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
We collect minimal information, primarily to operate and improve our service:

For End-Users (Listeners): We do not store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from individuals using the translation streams. Your use of the service is anonymous.
Audio and Transcripts: The audio input for translation is ephemeral and is never stored by us. For the purpose of improving our service and translation accuracy, some brief, anonymized snippets of transcribed text may be stored in temporary logs. No full transcripts of sermons or talks are stored permanently.

To improve and optimize the accuracy and performance of our translation service through analysis of anonymized data snippets.
Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information (for churches) or any usage data (for end-users) to third parties for their marketing or unrelated purposes.
We may share information only when it is strictly necessary to operate and maintain the Breeze Translate service. This includes sharing with:
Essential Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting providers, and the underlying translation/transcription engine providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction.
