Included special events are anything that falls outside the regular pattern of your church’s usage — not your normal Sunday service rhythm, but still part of church life.
A single midweek prayer meeting each month fits comfortably within all plans. If you run that prayer meeting every week, that is regular usage — choose the Abundant All Week plan instead.
You do not need to track or administer this yourself. Breeze monitors usage patterns and will contact you if something consistently exceeds your plan, so you can discuss the right way forward for your context.
The following are included in every plan at no extra cost:
Religious festivals
Section titled “Religious festivals”Christmas (Eve and Day), Midnight Mass, Easter (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Saturday), Pentecost, Shrove Tuesday, and carol concerts etc.
Life events
Section titled “Life events”- Weddings — up to ~5 per year
- Funerals — up to ~8 per year
Other ministry events
Section titled “Other ministry events”Church away days and ministry events that do not run every month.
